Does anyone have any healthy and free or very cheap beauty tips?
I'm looking for – ideas to get better skin and hair on a budget (own processing treatments, blog / site useful, where to get products free or cheap food, how to get cheap treatment, actually whatever …) – ideal for exercise habits and cheap free trade International to lose weight and / or tone up. – Eating healthy on a budget implementation of policy ideas that solve problems (such as how to deal with shaving rash or positions) – "spiritual" ideas (like rocket confidence, or advice relaxing) – anything else relevant. Tips for all ages and body types as well – whether it is treated acne, prevent wrinkles, look thinner or look curvier. It will be focused mostly women, because they tend to be more interested in kind things, but ideas for men are welcome too. I want to collect ideas thought as much as possible (I had quite a few) as I want to investigate a some of them and finally the basis of a blog on trying them out.
